Servants University (SU) is the premier institution in the world when it comes to empowering people to serve orphans and vulnerable children. Servants University was the first institution in the world to ever establish a degree program to equip orphan care workers. Since then, SU continues to innovate and pioneer new grounds with up to date courses. Now, in addition to our Bachelor’s degree programs, SU offers the first master’s degree program to equip people to serve orphans and vulnerable children.
SU is excited that other institutions are copying some of the innovations it’s pioneered to develop their own training programs. Our goal is to raise the standards of orphan care worldwide.
SU uses it’s flagship competencies and roles model to equip and evaluate orphan care workers.
The following video introduces SU’s 12 competencies and roles for educating orphan care workers.
