Staff Application Process

STEP ACTION DETAILS
1 Understanding the position Read your job description as well as our purpose, mission, and vision. Also, read any relevant pages to make sure the job you are applying for actually fits your desires.
2 Application Fill out the employment application
3 Resume Send in a resume (or attach it in the application or email to admissions@servantsuniversity.com)
4 Transcripts Submit transcripts if applying for a position that involves teaching. You may attach to the application or email to admissions@servantsuniversity.com). You may also mail to P.O. Box 200700 Austin, TX 78729
5 Community Engagement Strategy or equivalent Submit a written 1-2 page community engagement strategy (CES). The CES is an indispensably important part of our hiring process, so do a good job on it.
6 1st interview (Phone) If we are interested, our hiring team will contact you to schedule an initial phone interview.
9 2nd interview (Skype/Face-to-Face) If all goes well, a 2nd interview will be set up with one of our head faculty members. This will be via Skype or Face-to-Face. We will chronologically go over your work history (story) in detail and evaluate for competence and culture fit.
10 Reference checks We will need to call three references. These would be the last three supervisors. Last 3 counting from your current or most recent boss backward.
11 Final Hire Decision Entire candidate packet is reviewed by administration and decision whether to hire or not is determined.
