| 5 | Community Engagement Strategy or equivalent | Submit a written 1-2 page community engagement strategy (CES). The CES is an indispensably important part of our hiring process, so do a good job on it. |
| 6 | 1st interview (Phone) | If we are interested, our hiring team will contact you to schedule an initial phone interview. |
| 9 | 2nd interview (Skype/Face-to-Face) | If all goes well, a 2nd interview will be set up with one of our head faculty members. This will be via Skype or Face-to-Face. We will chronologically go over your work history (story) in detail and evaluate for competence and culture fit. |
| 10 | Reference checks | We will need to call three references. These would be the last three supervisors. Last 3 counting from your current or most recent boss backward. |
| 11 | Final Hire Decision | Entire candidate packet is reviewed by administration and decision whether to hire or not is determined. |
