Steve Jobs compares business to the Beatles
The Beatles was a group that exemplified synergy. They each had their weaknesses but together they kept each other’s weaknesses in check. They were all talented individuals. But the power of their work together was greater than the sum of their parts. When the Beatles were together, they did great work, but when they split up, they each did good work, but it was never the same.
Great things in business are never done by one person. They are done by a team of individuals. Like the Beatles, Steve Jobs says he sees business the same way.
