- Enrollment Deposit (one-time fee): $250 (non-refundable)
- Early Enrollment Deposit (one-time fee): $199 (applies only if a student pays the non-refundable enrollment deposit fee within 5 business days of being offered admission)
An offer of admission is not final until the student takes the step of accepting the offer and paying their non-refundable enrollment deposit.
Why do I need to pay an enrollment deposit?
First, it reserves your spot in the incoming class and allows Servants University to make preparations to have you in class.
Second, an offer of admission is not final and the student is not considered officially admitted until they pay the enrollment deposit.
Third, the money in the deposit goes directly to programming important to you. Your deposit covers new student enrollment activities and the remaining portion is applied directly to your tuition for your first semester.
For students who pay the enrollment deposit early (within 5 business days of being offered admissions), $51 (which goes towards enrollment activities) is waived so that they only pay $199 which is directly applied to their first-semester tuition. Those who pay their enrollment deposit after 5 business days will pay $250 and not benefit from the $51 enrollment activities fee waiver. However, $199 will be applied towards their first-semester tuition.
**The Enrollment Deposit was previously called the Registration Fee
