Servants University’s academic calendar consists of three terms (semesters) and five sub-terms. The three terms are Fall, Spring, and Summer. The Fall and Spring terms are 16 weeks long and each consist of two 8-week sub-terms. The Summer term is 8 weeks long and is one sub-term. The five sub-terms begin in January, March, June, August, and October.
SPRING SEMESTER
Registration for the spring semester starts November 1st. Pre-registration is from October 1st to the end of October. Admissions are year-round.

- Student Access: This is when students are given access to the course. This will be either a Thursday, Friday or Saturday. The language “around” a date means closest to it. It can be before, on, or after that date, whichever is the fewest number of days to the date. **Students should have ordered their books when they paid tuition and fees.
- Start Date = This is when the lessons start. The Start Date is on Monday, 2-4 days after Student Access. The preference is to have the start date be before or on the 15th of the month (Jan, Mar, Jun, Aug, Oct).
- End Date = 8 Weeks after the Start Date. On a Friday. This is the last day of class. It is also the withdrawal deadline.
- The registration dates have been picked to start after the previous sub-term has started and students are in class to avoid admissions and registration staff having to have many things going on at the same time.

All the dates from the pre-registration period to the Term Start Date (student access to a course) are fixed and don’t change from year to year. The lesson start date will be the first Monday after the student access date. The rest of the dates can be deduced from the start date.
If a deadline falls on a weekend or vacation, it is automatically moved to the next business day.
